I mentor people who want to build a doTERRA business through sharing products, serving customers, and developing leadership skills. Business can be a place to grow your confidence, develop your strengths, create financial possibilities, and make a difference in other people's lives. But I believe how we build matters just as much as what we build.

I believe business can be one of the most powerful environments for personal growth. Not simply because of what we can earn or accomplish, but because of what building something asks of us. It asks us to develop confidence. To communicate. To take responsibility for our choices. To navigate disappointment, uncertainty, and change. To recognize our strengths and learn how to use them.
It also has a way of revealing the patterns we bring into everything else.
The need to prove ourselves. The fear of disappointing someone. The tendency to compare our progress with someone else's. The belief that working harder is always the answer. I've experienced both sides of that.
Over nearly two decades of building a doTERRA business, I've learned that growth isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about becoming more intentional with what we're already doing.
I believe we can pursue meaningful goals, develop successful businesses, and grow into capable leaders without sacrificing our relationships, our well-being, or our connection with ourselves along the way. That belief shapes how I build and how I mentor others.
Over the years, I've learned that building a successful business requires more than understanding products, developing skills, or reaching goals.
It requires learning about yourself.
I've experienced firsthand how business can reveal the patterns we bring into everything else. Our need for approval, our relationship with responsibility, how we respond to disappointment, and whether we're willing to trust ourselves when the path forward isn't clear. Those experiences have changed the way I lead.
I've learned that being capable doesn't mean everything is mine to carry. That supporting someone doesn't mean taking responsibility for their choices. And that helping people develop confidence in their own leadership is far more valuable than having them depend on mine.
I believe we can pursue meaningful goals without losing ourselves in the process. That doesn't mean avoiding hard work or the discomfort that comes with growth. It means learning to recognize the difference between stretching ourselves toward something we genuinely want and pushing ourselves because we feel we have something to prove.
People come to entrepreneurship for different reasons. Maybe you're looking for a way to contribute financially while being present with your family. Maybe you'd like to create an additional income stream, have more flexibility with your schedule, or pursue something that feels meaningful and belongs to you.
The doTERRA business opportunity gives you a way to begin building something of your own by sharing products, connecting with people, and developing a customer base.
You don't need to have previous business experience or know how to do everything before you begin. You can start by learning the products, understanding how the business works, and developing the skills to share what you're learning with others. You get to decide what you're working toward and how much you're willing to invest in building it.
Some people are happy creating a small business alongside their existing commitments. Others have goals of building larger organizations and developing teams of leaders. Both are valid. What matters is understanding the opportunity, having realistic expectations, and choosing a direction that makes sense for your life.

LEARN
Discover the products, develop skills, and learn how the business works.

BUILD
Create relationships, serve customers, and develop a business around your goals.

LEAD
Grow your confidence, mentor others, and develop your own leadership abilities.

Building something of your own doesn't mean you have to figure everything out by yourself. One of the things I've valued most about my years with doTERRA is the opportunity to learn alongside other people. I've experienced firsthand how much difference it can make to have someone willing to share what they've learned, help you navigate challenges, and celebrate your progress along the way.
When you choose to build a business with me, you're not expected to arrive knowing how everything works. You'll have opportunities to learn about the products, understand the business model, develop practical skills, and connect with others who are building businesses of their own. My role isn't to build your business for you. It's to help you develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills to build it yourself.
I believe mentorship should create independence, not dependence. That means I'll encourage you to think for yourself, ask questions, discover your strengths, and develop your own approach to building a business. Some seasons will be exciting. Others will require patience, consistency, and a willingness to learn from what isn't working. You won't always have someone telling you exactly what to do, but you can have people to learn from, collaborate with, and turn to for perspective. Because building something of your own doesn't mean building it on your own.
Not everyone comes into business wanting the same thing. Some people are looking for a little extra income. Others want to create something that could eventually become a significant part of their financial future. And some are excited by the possibility of building an organization, mentoring others, and developing leaders.
You don't have to commit to a particular level of success before you begin. But it helps to know what you're working toward. And as your life changes, your goals can change too.
