Lesson 1: Truth & Connection

Connection is a fundamental need for humanity. Discover the choices and beliefs that create barriers between us and others, inhibiting our ability to have true connection. Learn ways to change our patterns to make genuine connection possible.

Lesson 2: Addictions

In this lesson, we discuss what addictions are, what feeds them, and how to break free from existing patterns.

Lesson 3: Recognizing Truth Through Emotions

Our emotions are a powerful indicator of what is happening under the surface. In this lesson we discuss how to identify our own personal patterns of disconnection and discover the root of what we are feeling.

Lesson 4: Self Accountability

Self accountability is a key precursor to the creation process. Learn how to break the patterns of co-dependency and disempowerment and be in integrity in all you do.

Lesson 5: Boundaries

Tired of feeling like you're being pulled in a million directions? There's a good chance there's a boundary being violated. In this lesson you'll learn what boundaries are and how to make sure that they are healthy so that you can take your power back and be intentional with what you allow in your life.

Lesson 6: Forgiveness

Learn about what forgiveness is, why it's a key element in our own healing and how to do it effectively.

Lesson 7: Conscious Correction

In this class, we will explore how to make intentional corrections that guide us toward our desired goals. Additionally, we will delve into understanding how to let go of things we need to change without carrying the burden of shame

Lesson 8: Creation

Learn what creation is and how to co-create with a higher power as you work towards your vision for the future.
